By using this website, making a donation, becoming a sponsor, or participating in any capacity, you agree to the following terms:
1. Event Overview
The Suninsulae Festival 2026 is an arts, culture, and ecology festival organized by Suninsulae Festival Limited, registered in the UK. The festival will take place from April 6–12, 2026 at Victoria Park, London. The event is not-for-profit and aims to promote youth empowerment, cultural exchange, and environmental awareness.
2. Eligibility & Participation
- Participants, performers, volunteers, and attendees must comply with festival guidelines.
- Participation is subject to application review and space availability.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the event format for any reason, including weather, safety, or public health advisories.
3. Sponsorship Terms
- Sponsorship tiers and benefits are outlined in our official Sponsorship Prospectus and website sponsor section.
- By sponsoring, you agree that your brand may be publicly associated with the event, unless anonymity is requested in writing.
- Sponsors will be featured according to their selected package; inclusion in materials is subject to submission deadlines.
- Sponsorships are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster).
4. Donation & Crowdfunding Terms
- Donations are accepted via approved gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) using our GiveWP platform or other verified means.
- Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not guarantee any benefits, rights, or privileges unless otherwise stated.
- We may run crowdfunding campaigns to support artist travel, production, youth training, or environmental projects.
- All funds are used to support festival operations and community initiatives; donors will receive receipts via email.
- Anonymous donations are allowed where supported by the platform.
5. Use of Funds
All sponsorship and donation revenue is reinvested into:
- Artist payments, travel, and accommodation
- Stage and technical infrastructure
- Workshops, training, and youth education
- Environmental awareness campaigns
- Administrative and outreach costs
Full financial transparency is maintained, and annual reports may be published upon request.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Tickets: If tickets are sold, cancellation policies will be outlined on the ticketing platform.
- Donations: Donations are non-refundable.
- Sponsorships: Refunds are not issued unless the event is cancelled entirely. In such cases, we may offer partial refunds or deferral to the next edition.
7. Intellectual Property
- All event content, branding, logos, and media are the property of Suninsulae Festival Limited.
- Sponsors and media partners may use approved brand assets for co-promotion with prior consent.
8. Media Release & Consent
By attending or participating in the festival:
- You consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Suninsulae Festival retains the right to use media for website, press, and future events.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect donor/sponsor data (name, email, payment info) solely to process transactions, communicate about the festival, and offer receipts. Data is never sold or misused. Refer to our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
